From our Sisters and Brothers on World Prayer for Water Day, May 18, 2010 May 18th World Prayers for Water in France
Spring 2010, concretisation of this project in association with the celebration of international day of prayer for the blood of Mother Earth ! From 12th to 16th of may 2010 : we (a group of 7 women and 2 children) drive 2500 km. making various celebrations and healings for the water of Mother Earth. We bring with us the Sacred Fire and Sacred Waters already collected from THE SACRED CAVE OF MARIA MAGDALENA and others places in south of France. « How many moment of Gracefulness, how many Marvels ! We were guided to every good place given at the right moment. Our car became a light vehicle. Sometimes it looks like flying to somewhere ! Even if we were tired and sharing very intense moment, we were supported all the time. Everyone received benediction, activation, healing… and it is still working in us.
Important words I kept from this pilgrim are : fluidity, let us move with trust in the movement and energy of the instant ; vacuity, to become a cup to welcome and receive! I am very grateful for my sisters and brothers who did that happening, especially Fabienne, Cathy, Christine, Elisabeth, Mireille, Nathalie, Michèle and our two young boys César and Pierre. With a little group of people we went to the SAINTE BAUME taking a beautiful lane boarding a small river, up to the spring; the same path that MARIA MAGDALENA had taken (we’ve been told) to join the famous sacred cave where she has spent 30 years of her life. Water Ceremony--World Pray for Water Day, May 18, 2010 We did our ceremony indoors at the Hill House in Mendocino, California. I had announced it through the Mendocino Center for Spiritual Living newsletter. At first, I must admit, I was disappointed when there was only five of us to do the ceremony. So, I let my disappointment go and proceeded. By the way, we did our ceremony in the building to accommodate the older members of our community. We were in a room facing the Pacific Ocean. An altar was in the center of the room. I smudged the room with white sage. We lit candles outside of our circle representing the four directions. Everyone brought a container of water in which the contents were put in a large bowl. I had labels and a sharpie pen available for people to mark their names on their bottles. I started with thanking everyone for coming. We each said a prayer for water in general--saying how much we appreciated water in our life. We opened our hearts as we danced around our big bowl of water, rattling rattles and me playing my grandmother drum. We danced for the mineral kingdom, all the plants, all the animals and the people in the Gulf. We danced for the help of the Spirit World and the Divine helpers. We danced and prayed for the people working on oil project itself. We sent a web of light into the Gulf for all beings there. A friend led a water song as we held hands. Then we walked into the center raising our hands up and walked back bringing our hands down coordinating with our breath. We ended with a "ho". Everyone received their bottle with the mixed water. I also took a bottle of water and gave back with thanks at the Big River where it meets the Pacific Ocean. JoAnn SkyWatcher
Here in Napa on May 18th there were soft rains all day. I just gathered rain water in my mouth and gave thanks for this life giving force. We gave collective prayers of thanks to be in this place where water is given freely from the sky. we joined our prayers to all the prayers and blessings to remember the ONE WATER, to Bless and give thanks every time we touch water in our daily actions for the ONE WATER. Aloha, The Grandmother Drum Project held ceremonies at the sacred site of Green :Lake at the East Point of the Big Island of Hawaii at one of two the fresh water lakes known to be the lake of the Ka' waii or Ka' ne the first Hawaiian God of Water. We held circle with our students of our Rainbow Fire Mystery School and our Hawaiian Kumo ( teacher), Ehulani Stephany. Ehulani did the presentation of the waters to Ka'ne ( that we received had received from Golden Eagle). There were 16 of us who did ceremony on both May 18th and again on June 4th. Gathering at Old Woman's Bay The day was beautiful and 60 people were out and praying for the water. The native americans were praying with their pipes and the women were moving and singing with the hand drums. The spirits came and gathered with the living at Old Woman's Bay on Lake Superior. It was a magical and mystical time and a time of power at 3:38 canadian time. When the ceremony was over, the human children of earth, watched the spirits leaving as they wove their way out of old woman's bay. Isabelle Meawasige
Dear Watersister, I just returned from a journey I was "pushed" to take by the Grandmothers. I was advised to go to the upper world. Upon arriving there, there were a lot of women who were gathering to do the water healing ceremony. There was a huge cistern in the center of the circle in which we stood. The water was a beautiful color blue. I discovered that you and Sharon McErlane were there also. It was such a joyfilled connection to meet there. We hugged and laughed all around. I don't know how many women were there, but there were a lot. We sang songs and danced. We prayed, drummed and shared. Then we circle sat and I found some of the Grandmothers coming over to give me gracious blessings. I was delighted to be the receiver. In the next scene, we were at your ceremony - participating in Spirit. We were all blissfully attending. The scene after that came when all joined me in my home (we are doing the ceremony this early evening) and you all blessed the sacred space with your energies. I am grateful for this experience. The ceremony was wonderful. We gathered in circle poured our water from our own alters, into a common vessel. As we did that we prayed. Then the vessel was passed again and each took a drink to carry the vibrational elements within. We then approached the Great Grandmother Ocean. It was as if she came to us in this one big but gental wave to receive the blessed water. Then each of us offered the remaining personal water in our own private way. We came back to circle to do Sacred Pipe ceremony and sing circle songs. Thank you for your intentions and including us in this effort of change. Dear Water Sister and Brothers, Myself and two of my Goddess sisters held a beautiful ceremony here in Long Beach, California. We came to the Waters Edge where we have held other water ceremonies. We brought blessed and sacred water with us from our last water ceremony. It has been sitting in a glass container with the words Love and Joy written on it. Everyday I walk by this same container and take a few moments in gratitude, warm love and joy. I wait until the next ceremony and use this sacred water of love & joy. I keep a small amount and add new and continue this circle for each blessing. We called in the four directions and we offered our prayers, our love and our vision for the water and the next seven generations. We asked for forgiveness for the horrific acts against Mother Earth especially those lately in the Gulf of Mexico. We asked for this to be a great awakening, for realization on how precious Water and Mother Earth are. We can not continue to rape her and leave her there to bleed. We connected our hearts with all the people around the world who were blessing the waters as we were. We gave thanks to the Great Grandmothers for leading the way. We ended by adding our Water to the Waters of the Ocean and we made an offering of our love through leaving pieces of Rose Quartz. We closed Circle. I felt such joy, peace and hope that a new day will dawn with humanity and Mother Earth will be our number one priority without her we are nothing. I sat along Oceans Edge and felt a sense of forgiveness and appreciation from Mother Earth as I watched the sun set. For many years I have been facilitating circles that held Water Blessings, I know many others have been doing this as well. I believe now is the time to converge and bring our passions about Water together in Unity. These sacred global events are just the seeds that are ready to grow. The great thing about water blessings is they can be done by everyone with intention and done anywhere. Hello Dear Lady!!! Thank you so much for your beautiful letter!!! As you know our formal meeting was only casually attended by two people. They brought water to share but couldnt stay for the ceremony. I performed a private ceremony after the store closed inside, but it didnt feel right to combine the waters yet....just bless them and send healing. I have created a dedicated Water altar where I cast healing out to all of our Mothers Waters. I have listened to The Grandmothers and will be combinding the waters on the next Full Moon. I will then share them with all who donated and keep the rest as Sacred. I also am getting to know my wonderful Clappers so will add them to the combineding ceremony that will take place outside next to the creek that runs on our farm. I look forward to much more healing work and growth with the wonderful Sisterhood. Many Hugs and Blessings!
Dear Sisters, The Oil Spill - Join in Healing Mother Earth
Hello Friends, Last week when I was visiting Florida, I joined with a group of friends for an earth-healing ceremony on World Water Blessing Day. Mother Earth spoke to us about the oil spill. Her requests for our assistance with this situation are written below.. Let us do our part to help our beloved Earth Mother and to assist humanity with our evolution through this process. MAY 18TH WATER BLESSING CEREMONY WITH WHITEFAWN STAR Mother Earth's Message - We gathered together on the Indian Mound in Philippe Park in Safety Harbor, Florida. Rev. Caroline Dawley "Whitefawn Star" lead the ceremony. She brought the energy of the 13 Grandmothers together and connected our circles to all of the circles of peace and healing for the planet. We joined in prayer, drumming and song and then we infused a container of water from Tampa Bay with crystal energy and our blessings for the planet. White Fawn Star guided us through a beautiful visualization where we sent crystal energy into the hole in Mother Earth that is spewing the oil. Then we visualized a giant sheet (Net of Light) scooping up the oil and taking it out of the water and transmuting it into light. We then walked down to the bay and poured the crystal and blessing infused water into the Gulf waters. We scattered rose petals and chanted our love and blessings into the water. Mother Earth came through and thanked us for the blessings and love that we shared with her. Then she asked us to understand this oil spill from a higher perspective. She explained that this oil spill is serving us in a great way. It is one of the tragedies of our current destructive state of consciousness that is bringing a new awareness into our collective perspective. The whole world now knows of the destructive energies that are so harmful to our planet. Now that this is such an in-the-face daily reminder of this old earth mentality of ravaging our planet of her natural resources, WE CAN CREATE POSITIVE CHANGE on a GLOBAL LEVEL. Mother Earth thanked us for the healing energy but she asked us not to attach to a specific outcome. She said "sometimes a wound needs to bleed to clean all of the germs out of it before it can heal." The germs in this case is man's greed and destructive consciousness. She also said that the oil spill is tragic and it is toxic for the planet but it is not nearly as toxic as the way we are treating each other. Our heart chakra vibrations can heal this and raise us to higher levels of consciousness. She asked us to visualize the Governmental Officials and the Corporate Executives of British Petroleum who made the decisions to drill for oil in such an unsafe way. She said to see them standing in the center of our circle and requested that we take them into our hearts and send them acceptance and love. She said that shaming and blaming them would be more harmful to our planet's ascension process then the oil that was spilling in the gulf. She said now is a vital time when humanity MUST UNITE in LOVE. Mother Earth said that the frequency of love can INFLUENCE better decisions being made. She said that the frequency of love is so powerful that if we all focused love into this situation, the shadow energies of greed could not survive in such a high vibration, they would be transmuted into light and better decisions for all of us. She asked that we lead by example, be the example of the New Earth now. Visualize us all living in harmony. If you want to affect change in something, you have to meet it where it is by embracing it and allowing it to be - then transform it through the love and acceptance within yourself. Mother Earth thanks us all for the love we are pouring into her. She thanks us for taking responsibility and for creating the change we wish to see in the world by beginning now, when we need love and acceptance more then ever. We began with the Iroquois Thanksgiving Address giving thanks for All Our Relations and for all the gifts we receive on a daily basis, we believe that gratitude makes room for future abundance for all.. Our intention was to cast the Net of Light over the waters of the Earth and especially to focus on the Gulf of Mexico. I took my “string” and began to connect all the people in the circle with this “string of light” forming a 6 pointed star tetrahedron (Chalice) with the hole in the center anchored into the Earth very firmly at the Crystal core. We then were led in meditation as Spirit directed me to visualize the Energies from the Star Nation, the Bright Light coming down infusing our bodies minds and spirits as ONE. We visualized the spiraling golden light moving down through our bodies into the earth to the crystal core, then moving upward infusing our Hearts with the powerful Golden liquid light so that all our Hearts are connected as ONE light Radiating… Then we sent our energy of PURE LOVE into the NET OF LIGHT we had created with our String that connected all Circles Globally. We saw the waters of the Gulf of Mexico being purified and held the intention that all waters and all sea life be restored to whole, perfect and complete. I saw Dolphins jumping, And the waters crystal clear. We then came back into our Space and disconnecting, gave thanks for all the help we had received from the otherside. DaNayto, Our next Ceremony will be held Summer Solstice, I just wanted you to know in synchronicity, I received your website about the water blessings in my email yesterday, May 17th, so I quickly gathered up a few female friends and we are going out to bless the water of Lake Michigan today, May 18th, in solidarity with the Women of the World who are praying for the Health of our Mother Earth and her blood, the Waters. Thank you so much for being the flame of Spirit to ignite this movement. I have been feeling the call to ceremony ever since the oil barons sliced the artery in Mother Earth down in the Gulf of Mexico and began allowing her to bleed to death. This has been an extraordinary display of disregard for Mother Earth. I pray that the ignorant ones come face to face with Spirit Now so that the truth of their actions may be revealed to them. Spring
2009 MARIA MAGDALENA ”whisper to me the Message” to make a pilgrim for
Water, in connection with Sacred Feminin. The proposition is to join
the water of the sea MEDITERRANEE and the ATLANTIC ocean – and to celebrate
the Sacred Water of Mother Earth into sacred places : THE SACRED CAVE
OF MARIA MAGDALENA (south of France) and SAINT JACQUES DE COMPOSTELLE
(Spain)…
In
the same time, the 14th of may will be a day of Ceremonies and connexions
with my sister Fabienne Gaitté in MARIA MAGDALENA place and with
me in SAINT JACQUES place. Again the 15th of may we will be celebrated
on the border of the MEDITERRANEE with Fabienne and on the border of
the OCEAN (MUXIA : sacred place where MARIE appear to SAINT JACQUES)
with me. Sisters who answer to the call are with us. We collect water
from the sea and the ocean but we also pray for healings of these waters
and for every body living on the border of the sea.
18th
of may : we, Fabienne and I, meet with a lot of different edge people
in a special place in south of France. We are here to unify and offer
to a special river, all the Sacred Waters we collected, and to celebrate
with Joy, Prayers and Gratitude this foundation so precious for all
life ! Again we pray and sing all together : May the future generations,
all Beings and Mother Earth’s skin will be able to drink a pure and
clear water ! May consciousness wake up to that and for that !
Joy
of spirit, lightness, beauty are some of the qualities we absorbed on
our way, the presence of Nature Spirit being very strong. Bath Baptism,
in the spring, Gratitude, Ascension to the Sacred Cave where we meditated
and prayed. The water in the Cave was imprinted with Serenity.
Next
day with another group, we went at the Sea MEDITERRANEE, SAINTES MARIES
DE LA MER. The children during the ceremony amazed us with their awareness
of the situation of the world and of the planet. A young girl said that
: “Mother Earth is Divine. Water is sacred. Human beings are unconscious,
but when we gather with consciousness and love, She answers and responds.”
Children said it all.
Nine
women gathered for our Water blessing ceremony on May 21st, 2010 with
waters that each of us had gathered privately. In Chiles-Pope Valley
a beautiful little valley at northeastern part of the Napa Valley, California
one of the oldest inhabited places in North America. We had a sunset
sweat and blessed waters before ceremony and at sunrise poured waters
into a creek that flows to the river and from the river to the Pacific
Ocean. We each gathered water from where we live and blessed it in away
that was significant to us. Then collectively through the fire, a free
fire that rests on the earth and reaches free to the stars. Asking on
behalf of the two-legged to rediscover the balance we once had with
this beautiful earth. We gave collective prayers of gratitude for the
beautiful rains we have been blessed with this long winter.
Below
is how I sent out the invitation to my community. How we did the ceremony,for
a Tuesday we had 13 folks show up at the Beach and about 3 or 4 groups
show up in there places locally on central coast of Califoronia.
